Son of Vince Bass, and a true example of his father's namesake. Graduating from Andrean High School in 2021, and from Texas Tech in 2025, with a bachelor's in Advertising, James embodies a true "go-getter" attitude. When asked what separates him from others, he shared, "Capitalizing on my youth has been a focal point that I have constantly stressed throughout my career, but, what exactly does this mean? For me, this means making sacrifices. To separate myself from others in an ever-growing business field, I utilize the characteristics of my youth to my advantage; some of which may possess negative connotations. As a young black scholar, I pursue any opportunity to learn, improve, and grow, over common practices praised by my peers. Additionally, I prioritize a relentless work ethic and an open mind in these experiences. As a result, this has "opened many doors early on", and sets me on a track of sure success."
